How To Find Leyton Osteopaths
Legacy Business Centre
We are located inside Legacy Business Centre. The entrance (shown on the image on the right) is on Ruckholt Road, next to the library (which sits on the corner of Leyton High Road and Ruckholt Road). The clinic is located INSIDE the Business Centre, you will see a sign for Lee Valley Estates above the entrance.
Our address is Suites 128 & 214, Legacy Business Centre,
2A Ruckholt Road, London E10 5NP. Please use the full address if using Google Maps (or similar) rather than just the postcode.
Parking
There is a limited paid street parking around the clinic.
There is free parking at the nearby Asda Leyton Mills Superstore car park which is a five minute walk to the clinic.
If you are experiencing intense pain, or would struggle to walk for more than five minutes, we recommend getting dropped off.
When you arrive
On the day of your appointment you will receive a text message from your osteopath letting you know which room you are in (128 or 214).
Please dial the room number (128 or 214), followed by the bell icon. You must press the bell icon after the room number for the intercom to call through.
Your osteopath will buzz you in and you can follow the signs to the appropriate room.
If the entrance is open on your arrival, come straight in and follow the signage to appropriate room and wait outside, your osteopath will come and get you.
If you are having any problems finding us or gaining entry call your osteopath back on the number they text you from (or send them a message), if they can't pick up immediately they will quickly get back to you. Alternatively, you can call our reception team (who are not located in the building) on
