Cerys Taylor (M.Ost)

Cerys graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy degree from the University College of Osteopathy. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (no. 11443) and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Cerys believes it is essential to take all aspects of a person into consideration to provide the best support and care. She discusses lifestyle factors that may be influencing your health, alongside structural techniques to help bring movement into the body. Whether you’re experiencing lower back pain, or a sports injury, communication, understanding and education are the foundations of every treatment with Cerys.  

Her passion is in providing inclusive healthcare. She has worked with a wide range of communities, from people experiencing chronic pain, to those seeking help with women’s health, as well as working in a hospital clinic treating patients with HIV. She has undertaken further training in providing well-informed and comprehensive healthcare to those from the LGBTQIA+ community and believes that everyone has the right to equal healthcare.

Constanza Solis Costa (M.Ost)

Constanza graduated from the University College of Osteopathy. With over 10 years of experience working as a Sports Massage Therapist and coaching rock climbing, she brings a unique blend of skills to her practice.

Constanza is committed to working in partnership with patients and supporting them in taking control of their health journeys. She strongly believes in a holistic approach to health. As such, during treatment, she will discuss lifestyle and health factors that might

be contributing to your presentation and use hands-on techniques to reduce symptoms and restore function. At the end of the session, she will discuss pain management strategies and exercises to support your recovery journey. 

Constanza treats a wide diversity of patients to help with conditions such as chronic back pain, sports-related and overuse injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postnatal recovery.

Georgia Lamb M.Ost

Georgia is a graduate of Swansea University. During her training, she worked with a local rugby team, providing soft tissue therapy and pitch-side first aid, which strengthened her practical skills and understanding of injury management. 

She is passionate about helping people move freely and supporting them in managing pain, whether related to everyday stresses, injuries, or ongoing conditions. Georgia has a particular interest in incorporating osteopathic practice into the management of everyday aches and pains to improve people’s overall quality of life. 

Her approach is holistic and patient-centred. She takes time to listen, understand your lifestyle and health history, and create treatment plans that feel both tailored and effective. 

Georgia combines hands-on osteopathic techniques with movement, exercise, and lifestyle advice to support recovery and promote long-term well-being. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, from sports injuries to postural and work-related issues. 

Maxine Destefanis B.Ost

Max graduated with First Class Honours from the London School of Osteopathy, and she is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (no. 11905). She has over a decade of experience in bodywork therapies as a yoga instructor and ITEC-qualified massage therapist.

 

Max supports clients with rehabilitation, pain management, sports or profession related injuries. Her treatments aim to relieve pain, improve performance and empower her clients to understand their bodies better.

Max draws upon many different skills including osteopathic techniques, dry needling/medical acupuncture, fascia and scar work, and tailored rehabilitation plans. She is passionate about helping people of all ages feel stronger, move better, and live more comfortably.

Outside of the clinic, Max is currently studying women’s health and paediatric osteopathy part-time to expand her knowledge and expertise in these specialisms. 

Rengin Toprak (M.Ost)

Rengin qualified from the University College of Osteopathy (former British School of Osteopathy), she is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (no. 11205).

Before studying osteopathy Rengin worked as a nanny and Early Year’s

practitioner and leader, where she really enjoyed caring for others. Her interest in human biology and her drive to help people led her to pursue a career in osteopathy.

Throughout her training Rengin worked with patients of different ages, backgrounds, and people suffering with chronic pain conditions, such as HIV.

Rengin Toprak

Rengin uses a variety of techniques in her treatment, including but not limited to soft tissue release, joint articulation, and manipulation, as well as visceral and cranial methods. As Rengin loves expanding her knowledge, she is currently specialising in Women’s health.

Rengin’s achievements are driven by a strong sense of community and her commitment in making a positive change to people’s lives. She is motivated in guiding patients towards healthier lifestyle through high manual therapy skills and advice.

Sara Silveira

Sara is a Sports Massage Therapist and osteopathy student with a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and lives. Her journey into bodywork began after years of working in the banking sector, spending long hours sitting at a desk, and later recovering from a knee injury sustained during an obstacle course race (OCR) competition. These experiences sparked a lasting interest in how the body moves, heals, and adapts.

She combines sports massage and deep tissue techniques to relieve tension, support recovery, and restore balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing stress-related tightness, or simply looking to maintain your wellbeing, Sara tailors each treatment to your individual needs.

Sara brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work—supporting clients in building awareness, confidence, and resilience, both physically and mentally.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and hiking—practices that reflect her deep connection to movement, stillness, and the natural world. Her personal experiences and ongoing osteopathic studies continue to shape her thoughtful, body-aware approach to care.

Shane Morris (M.Ost)

Shane is an experienced osteopath who graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy degree from the British School of Osteopathy. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (no. 8741) and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.


Shane has a specialist interest in helping people with intervertebral disc injuries, nerve pain and sciatica.

Shane Morris

Many of Shane’s patients come to him not just for quick pain relief, but because they want lasting change in their health, mobility, and resilience. That’s why he often works in treatment blocks, creating a clear plan that helps people move beyond short-term fixes and towards long-term results.
