Sara is a Sports Massage Therapist and osteopathy student with a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and lives. Her journey into bodywork began after years of working in the banking sector, spending long hours sitting at a desk, and later recovering from a knee injury sustained during an obstacle course race (OCR) competition. These experiences sparked a lasting interest in how the body moves, heals, and adapts.
She combines sports massage and deep tissue techniques to relieve tension, support recovery, and restore balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing stress-related tightness, or simply looking to maintain your wellbeing, Sara tailors each treatment to your individual needs.
Sara brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work—supporting clients in building awareness, confidence, and resilience, both physically and mentally.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, meditation, and hiking—practices that reflect her deep connection to movement, stillness, and the natural world. Her personal experiences and ongoing osteopathic studies continue to shape her thoughtful, body-aware approach to care.
Ellie is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath with a deep commitment to holistic health and patient-centred care. Her clinical experience spans osteopathic care, naturopathy, and Pilates-based exercise rehabilitation. She supports patients through tailored treatment plans, often integrating osteopathic manual therapy with lifestyle and nutritional support.
In addition to her osteopathic practice, Ellie has extensive experience in community engagement and physical education through her work as a climbing instructor and route setter where she nurtured people’s confidence, coordination, and love for movement. Ellie’s approach to care is warm, inclusive, and evidence-informed. She is especially passionate about supporting people through injury recovery, promoting healthy movement patterns, and empowering patients with tools to improve their own health and resilience.
